Recruiter & Candidate Success Specialist

Location: Remote

Integrate is seeking a Recruiter & Candidate Success Specialist to perform various aspects of the recruiting process and to support the transition of candidates placed at Integrate clients.

 

Candidate Sourcing

  • Source candidates (autistic college students/graduates) for searches Integrate conducts for Fortune 1000 employers as well as programs hosted by Integrate (such as Employer Connect)
    • Conduct outreach to and develop relationships with network of colleges/universities/vocational organizations/support organizations/private practitioners/etc. who support individuals on the autism spectrum
    • Screen resumes and provide constructive feedback on resumes to job candidates
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, work readiness,experience and aptitudes
    • Schedule and conduct in-person (when COVID safe), video and phone interviews with candidates
    • Administer and evaluate appropriate company created skills assessments
    • Prepare candidate profiles and make recommendations to company hiring managers
    • Coordinate interviews with Integrate recruiting leads as well client contacts (recruiters and hiring managers)
    • Coordinate and review interviews in HireVue, an on-demand video interview platform used by Integrate
    • Follow up on interview statuses internally with Integrate colleagues, and externally with both client contacts as well as candidates
    • Complete timely reports on employment activity
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    • Prepare recruitment materials (including email templates and job/program documents) and post jobs to appropriate boards/colleges etc.
    • Assist in the implementation of recruiting programs with employers
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Support Integrate senior staff in working with colleges/universities/vocational organizations to develop work ready candidates

Candidate Transition Support:

  • Provide on-going consulting support to client hiring managers & HR contacts through the transition period of a placed candidate (typically 6 months)
  • Provide professional and tactfully delivered feedback to clients on management best practices to ensure both employer and candidate see success at work
  • Follow up with on a regular basis and provide an open line of communication to placed candidates during the transition period to ensure a successful on-boarding experience 

Database Maintenance:

  • Update candidate profiles in TrackerRMS as necessary
  • Move candidates along in TrackerRMS & Integrate candidate workflow as candidates progress in the hiring process

Organization Representation/Other: 

  • Represent Integrate at autism/disability/vocational rehabilitation conferences and meetings, as needed
  • Assist on other Integrate programs (or providing programmatic support) as required

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ work experience as a recruiter, with an interest in one of the following 1) disability employment services; 2) college support for students on the autism spectrum; or 3) diversity & inclusion.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Possesses the ability to work independently and successfully in a small operation
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to interact professionally with external clients and candidates
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to perform complex tasks with limited supervision
  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite of products, CRM knowledge helpful
